Brian Anderson, CRNP-PMH

Having trained under a Harvard University Psychiatrist, Mr. Anderson has a wealth of knowledge in the field of psychiatry and has worked in a variety of settings to include inpatient, outpatient, and addiction medicine. “Listen to your patient” is a common statement made by Mr. Anderson as he has a firm belief that individualized care is of the utmost importance due to the uniqueness of patients’ genetics, experience with medication, innate tolerance or sensitivity to medication and target symptoms. Mr. Anderson understands the uniqueness of each patient’s response to medication, takes careful consideration of what has or has not worked well in the past and provides education on potential benefits and risks.

Robert Bowen, CRNP-PMH

Mr. Bowen is a versatile provider who manages care for children, adolescents, and adults. All too often, patients have made the comment that some psychiatric providers, “didn’t listen to me,” whereas Mr. Bowen has a keen ear intent on compiling all specific and pertinent details of his patients to make the most informed treatment recommendations. Having worked in both inpatient and outpatient psychiatry for over a decade, Mr. Bowen is readily able to identify the most logical medication management regimes with ease. Mr. Bowen has a systematic approach and is well versed in effective prescribing tactics for many psychiatric conditions.

Dr. Nelly Kangethe, DNP, CRNP-PMH

Dr. Nelly Kangethe manages care for both children and adults with a background in both medical and psychiatric specialties providing her patients with all-encompassing care. With her deep understanding of both the physical and mental components of a patient’s health, Dr. Nelly is characterized by many as “very thorough”. Dr. Nelly always goes the extra mile, and her sessions tend to be extended in comparison to a typical medication management provider. Dr. Nelly is effective in medication management for more complex cases especially concerning medical and/or family, work, or social dynamics. In some instances, she may provide therapy or delve deeper into potential services she deems would be of benefit to her patients. Dr. Nelly has a high level of professionalism yet a grounded approach, which encourages her patients to feel a strong level of comfort.

Kristelle Waddell, CRNP-PMH

Mrs. Waddell manages care for adults and is a very knowledgeable, empathetic provider who is quick to identify the needs of her patients. Not only is she a well-informed prescriber but many of her patients have noted they can feel her empathy and understanding. Mrs. Waddell has different appointment lengths depending upon the needs of her clients and is very easy to talk to according to many patient accolades. Having a calm and open approach, Mrs. Waddell employs a volume of knowledge in psychiatric medication management.

Matt Mauro, CRNP-PMH

Mr. Mauro is very friendly, upbeat, and knowledgeable. He has been known to see new clients more frequently initially to improve their mental health faster than a typical medication management provider. Many clients have proclaimed that his medication changes combined with more frequent appointments initially have led to faster psychiatric stability when compared to previous providers. Whether it be continuation of medication which has been effective, a minimal change or initiation of a new psychiatric medication, Mr. Mauro is versatile in his approach, dependent upon the patient’s needs and is highly praised for his ability to provide ease and comfort fostering patients initially hesitant to seek care.

Dr. Tom Theriault, PsyD

“Dr. Tom” is a Doctor of Psychology with extensive experience both inpatient and outpatient and expertise in Depression, Anxiety, PTSD, Suicidal Ideation, ADHD and Panic Disorder. Dr. Tom is a firm believer in teaching patients how to improve their baseline symptoms utilizing a variety of cutting-edge strategies. As opposed to simply being a sound board, Dr. Tom will assess your most prevalent symptoms and develop a tailored treatment plan specific to your needs. Throughout his sessions, Dr. Tom is an expert in identifying which strategies will benefit you most while developing your skillset to a degree which innately becomes baseline management of your symptoms. Countless patients have reported a significant reduction in symptoms, decreased or removal of the need for medications and higher quality of life.

Mark Taylor, LCSW-C

Mr. Taylor has worked in the field of psychiatry and addiction medicine for the last 25+ years in a variety of settings to include inpatient, outpatient, and intensive outpatient. Mr. Taylor is well versed in helping patients to process a variety of situations which in turn have facilitated patients’ ability to make informed decisions. Another feature of Mr. Taylor’s treatment modality is EMDR which many patients have communicated to be highly effective. He also has extensive experience in addiction where he provides support and guidance to patients suffering with co-occurring psychiatric illness. Patients have described him as a great listener, easy to talk to, empathetic and knowledgeable. He works with his clients to promote improvement in their mental health and help create healthy boundaries while supporting and using the patients report of what it is they are seeking assistance, improvement or change for the framework and guide for the tools and services provided.
